many examinees going for computer based tests had no knowledge of the required basic operations of computer systems such as clicks, right clicks, double clicks and the location of keyboard keys; this lack of compliant gets them confused and scared once they find themselves before the screen for CBT exams, and the outcome is always negative on their result.

Systems component malfunction:

there is nothing perfect, and this is true of a computer systems and its peripherals, the keyboard or mouse could go faulty while a candidate is sitted for exams thus we advocate that as a cbt examinee, always make report to the invigilators and coordinators and never never  try to solve any technical issue by yourself – You are an examinee not a technician.
